WHAT HAPPENED?
On Friday, Spurs triggered Gibbs-White's £60 million ($81m) release clause, with the England ace keen to make the move to north London. Since, however, Forest have attempted to block the move by threatening legal action against the Europa League winners.

Per the Daily Mail, the playmaker has now held showdown talks with club bosses as he attempts to make the move happen. It is currently unclear if Forest can actually stop the move happening, or merely delay it. The report states that the Premier League are currently weighing their options in terms of an investigation.
